Are you living in a state of fear?
Don’t feel bad if you are. You’re not alone. In fact, most people are living in a constant state of fear.
This constant state of fear leads to a scarcity mentality, which is the opposite of an abundance mentality.
Developing an abundance mentality is only possible when you no longer live in fear. Unsurprisingly, most people never experience a life of abundance for this very reason.
One of the most surprising stats you can easily find online is this:
More people are unhappy today than ever before.
It’s the wildest thing because people today are healthier and living longer than any period in history.
We have access to unlimited amounts of information right at our finger tips.
We no longer have to hunt for food and plant vegetables. You can just head on over to the grocery store and get everything you need.
The economy is better than its ever been with unemployment at record lows.
And yet, people are incredibly unhappy.
As a result, relationships are at an all time low as well. More divorces and break ups occur now than ever before.
Women and men are unhappy with each other across the board.
What gives?
The reason for this is due to the fact that you and me and everybody else is being conditioned to live in a state of fear.
All you got to do is turn on the tv or pick up a newspaper and you’ll be presented with negative story after negative story.
90% of news coverage is negative. Whether its your local news channel or the mainstream media talking about Trump, it’s negative 90% of the time.
This negativity seeps into your subconscious and slowly programs you to live in a state of fear.
I know many people that are depressed and seeking therapy simply because of the fact that Trump exists.
That’s simply the power of fear.
Corporations, the media and politicians know this. They can control an entire society through the use of fear tactics.
It works incredibly well.
So, how do you stop living in fear and start living a positive, creative, happy life?
It’s all about the mindset. And, the first thing to do is simply be aware of it. Awareness is the first step to any sort of change.
That’s the purpose of this email — helping you become aware.
The next step is to remove as much negative messages as you can from entering your brain.
If you constantly fill your brain with negative stories about the president, its time you shut off these sources of negativity and do something else.
Stop logging onto your twitter and facebook, turn off the tv, stop visiting reddit, and stop reading the paper.
You will see an almost immediate improvement from taking this action.
The next step is to get out in the world.
You’ll see that in the real world, everything is fine. People are talking to each other, there’s no actual racism, there’s no hate, etc. It’s positive 99% of the time wherever you go.
By cutting out the negativity from your life, you begin to open your mind to positivity.
A positive mindset crushes fear. Its hard to be fearful when your brain isn’t taking in negative programming.
Not only will your life improve, but your relationships will grow and blossom as well.
One of my friends says she will never date a trump supporter. Is it any shock to me that she has been extremely depressed lately?
Of course not. By automatically assuming that 50% of society is a “bad person”, you fill your brain with a massive amount of negative energy.
Walking around assuming that 1 out of 2 men are terrible people is one of the most negative mindsets ever.
It’s very obvious why she’s a mess, and she’ll only get worse until she changes her mindset.
The only kind of relationship she’ll find is with a man who’s equally as depressed as her (you attract what you project), and that will obviously not end well.
I have another guy friend who’s been sad and depressed lately. Why? Because he thinks our president is a russian spy.
Again, just another example where negative media has brainwashed someone who used to be a really fun, uplifting individual.
It’s sad to watch these weak-minded friends of mine fall into such obvious fear tactics.
But, it is what it is, and most people fall for it. Corporations spend billions of dollars to influence the way you think.
If you want to see massive improvements in your relationships, the absolute best thing you can do is distance yourself from negativity.
Your overall vibe and attitude is directly influenced by your mindset.
Want a healthy, uplifting, happy attitude that turns your partner on? Then get rid of the garbage that’s flooding your brain.
This social conditioning is constant. It’s everywhere. You have to train yourself to filter out the brainwashing.
The sooner you cut that crap out of your life, the sooner you’ll realize that your life is actually not that bad at all.
You’ll realize that you can take control over your thoughts and accomplish things.
This is called Taking Action.
When you take action, you develop a positive attitude that leads to success.
Social conditioning is extremely powerful. They want you to live in a state of fear, to never feel good enough, and ultimately to fail.
That’s just the truth.
Breaking free from this fearful conditioning is key to a life of happiness and fulfilling relationships.
Overcoming fears and putting yourself first is a major part of my Overcoming Codependency course.
It’s 12 chapters of both written and audio training that will help you take back control over your mind and emotions.
A codependent mindset is found in nearly everyone these days thanks to social conditioning.
It leads to fear.
This fear and codependency is what ruins relationships, causing your partner to push you away and give you the cold shoulder.
You can fix this problem starting today by going through my Overcoming Codependency course.
Maybe this course is exactly what you need to improve your life and relationships. Maybe it isn’t. I just don’t know what you’re going through specifically. Feel free to take a look at it and if you’re interested, great. If not, that’s fine as well. I just hope I’ve been able to bring awareness to you.
My Favorite Books To Read
Got an email from a reader who wanted some book recommendations.
Said I should make a page in the Relationship Academy with a list of them.
Well, I actually made a list of favorite books last year on my main website. The link is buried in the menu so I’m not surprised that most people struggle to find it.
But, if you want to know what I recommend for reading, you can check out my recommend books here.
I used to read tons of books fo about 8 years straight.
This past year I’ve tapered off quite a bit. Only read 4 books so far compared to when I was reading 60 or so per year.
The truth is that I’ve just read most of the greats, and most of the new books that come out are crap.
Nevertheless, this is no excuse to not go back and reread greats.
Reading is a great habit to have.
But, it’s also not enough to make you change.
This is because 90% of what you read is quickly forgotten once you put the book down.
Change only happens through ACTION.
Even if it’s a really small action that you take, it’s still more effective than reading something mind-changing, but never taking any slight action on what you’ve learned.
This is why I’m a fan of podcasts and audiobooks.
When you’re listening to someone’s words, you can feel the passion and emotions.
It can be extremely motivating to take action compared to just words on a paper or screen.
Which is why I record podcasts and audio training inside of my Relationship Academy.
So far I have around 45 podcasts for members. Each podcast is anywhere from 20-40 minutes long.
They’re all designed to be relevant for the present day with the way dating and relationships are.
The courses I’ve written also have audio training.
You can access all of my podcasts and courses instantly when you join my Relationship Academy.
