by Rick 6 Comments

single and lonely depressed

If you’re single and feeling lonely as of late, take your time to go through this article. Ending the feelings of isolation and depression is an extremely important task for a healthy life.

But, I don’t have to tell you that. You already know that to be true. A lot of depression comes from the fear of being unlovable and alone forever.

That sense of isolation can tear your brain apart and set you on a path of mental destruction. This is especially true if you’ve been single for so long and can’t deal with it.

So, I’m going to do my best to give you some practical tips to help. I’ve had periods where I was single for a couple of years at a time and managed to stay relatively happy the whole time.

A High Quality Woman Won’t Hesitate To Leave Her Boyfriend

by Rick 2 Comments

High Quality Woman

People often ask me what I believe to be the difference between a woman of quality and an average (or below average) one.

The difference is this:

A woman of high quality knows her worth. She won’t wait around for a guy to get his shit together. She’ll be out before you know it, moving forward with her life.

This is truly what separates the great women from the rest. These women are rare of course, but they are out there. They will give you this vibe that says, “You better not waste my time, buddy!”

I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Give Her Some Space. Let Her Come To You. It’s Healthy

by Rick 34 Comments

give space in relationships

One of the most important lessons I teach people is this: you need to give her some space. Let her come back to you on her own terms.

It’s a very simple lesson, yet incredibly difficult to follow if you’re in a codependent relationship.

The reasons for this is obvious: as a codependent, you struggle to be alone. You feel like you need your partner to be with you or else life sucks.

Giving her some space feels like the last thing you want to do. Instead, you want to pull her in more because you feel like it will make things better, right?

Doomed To A Life Of Misery With No Love Relationships? Read This Story

by Rick 2 Comments

What follows is a long email I received from a woman with BPD who came across my website and went through my Better BPD Relationships course.

If you constantly feel like you’ll never find any true love and relationships, that you’re doomed to misery and depression, read this long story.

===

Firstly I would like to commend you for your website. You haven’t made any huge generalizations about those with BP and BPD which are rife all over the Internet and stigmatizes us.

It has taken me years to not be terribly effected by the stereotypes about my condition online — from out right lies and disinformation such as claiming we have no empathy and are sadistic, to telling others never to date us at all.

An Interview With A Borderline: Woman Edition

by Rick Leave a Comment

What follows is a quick interview I had with a borderline woman.

There is an incredible amount of gold to be gained from this interview. Many of the things I’ve been teaching for years are confirmed by her. You’ll see how her boyfriend naturally behaves in the manner that I coach.

I won’t say much more about this because I want you to read it and pick up on these things for yourself.

Enjoy!
